How to use BREATHOX®
Step 1
Open BREATHOX®
Hold BREATHOX® in an upright position. One dose is released by pushing or pulling the upper half upward to maximum expanded position. Use one or two hands.
Exhale as much as possible (do not exhale into the inhaler).
Step 2
Insert BREATHOX®
Put BREATHOX® approximately 2 cm into your mouth and close your lips around the mouthpiece.
Step 3
Inhale BREATHOX®
Inhale as long as possible to allow the salt to be transported into the airways.
Remove BREATHOX® from your mouth and close it. Hold your breath for 10 seconds and then exhale. Do not exhale into the inhaler.
3 inhalations (doses), 3 times a day, or as needed.
